hi stephanie. getting cold feet is normal in any adventure. people get cold feet in marriage. life is full of " what if's". but here is one for ya. what if you didn't buy the place and suddenly, for the next guy, everything goes fine?

Has anyone resolved to want to invest in real estate then LIFE HAPPENS which keeps us from it or distracts us just enough from what we want to makes us question is this fate telling us this is not what wasn't meant for us or just bad karma, keeping us just damn  busy with work, kids, marriage, friends and responsibilities ?

I think the Millennials will purchase homes but just later in life, similar to marriage.  

Been there...burned out...economy crash...failed marriage...rebuild from ashes...life is good...the story still unfolding...
