You can't have 2 listings for same property on same platform.You could have a seperate houfy (or similar) account for direct bookings.

We are in a similar situation with some rentals in Morganton.

It's definitely worth it, especially if you're buying a property through like an auction or something similar. 

To me, the margins seem really thin, and unless you've done a similar project like this before with this contractor, this is a risky project where things you expect will inevitably go wrong.

Well-designed short-term rentals in Colorado outperform their similar vacation rentals that aren't designed by 20% or more. 

I think a similar approach should be taken by states with the biggest issues.
