I'd get some more space in your schedule before tackling anything else...but that's just my opinion....

@Rudy RatnerWhy don't you get the building sub-metered first, then tackle putting in-unit washer and dryers that are not coin-operated?

I just don’t have the capital yet to be able to tackle that size of property.

Tackling these fears head on is what makes you grow and be more powerful.

@David Park, I always tell my clients to tackle the hardest and longest job first. 

It may be a fun way to tackle a single project, but it’s not the easiest way to “invest”.

I wanted to do a lot of the work myself because I enjoy that kind of work and I wanted to learn how to tackle a lot of the issues that may come up in the future.

My goal is to use fractional shares to tackle these barriers to entry and leverage technology to achieve it at scale.I don't have experience with house hacking in the traditional sense, but I do own 4 small MFHs so maybe I can help answer some questions on that topic.

Would like to tackle only cosmetic rehab and able to do the work ourselves.Our first property was a 203k so we have experience going that route.
