I am proud.We have been following this post closely and have decided that we would like everyone to hear both sides of the story and to fight for justice.We originally wanted to let this go but due to obvious reasons that is no longer possible.We do not typically take on outside investors and we are known for turning down more business than we take on (That is due to scenarios exactly the same as this one.

You are the future investor, you are the future real estate agent, or whatever it is you want to be, it is so important that you are guided in a considerate fashion, and taken seriously about the goals and actions you are capable of pursuing. 

I've read that on occasion people have had to fight with the payment services to straighten out problems. 

In my experience you try and fight the man, they push back, may take some time, but they always win.  

Some banks are restricting the ability of non-account holders to deposit cash into someone else's account citing the Bank Secrecy Act and an effort to fight money laundering. 

This will show how messy they are when you spend their entire deposit on cleaning and when they fight you on it you'll have proof.

Otherwise there will be other deals and unless this is an absolute fantastic deal it may not be worth fighting over.

My goal is to fight, take big risks and make it happen by the end of the year and get out of paying this outrageous rent for a one bedroom apartment.

Most people try to fight water intrusion from  the inside out, when the real way is to fight it outside in.

Also finished high school at 15 and went to China to teach English for two years and saved quite a bit.You can start young, but don't expect anyone, even a family member, to lend you money to invest if you can't show you are capable of saving some for yourself.
