These are questions you need to talk to the bank/lender or your broker about prior to application and credit.This is one of those reason why most loans get denied because this is really creative financing and high risk.

this should not even be a subject to discussion. call the city or have your contractor call the city, find out what the permit requirements are and comply from there. the issues may be non-existant (unlikely) or astronomical - you won't have a buyer when you sell, your insurance will deny your claim because your property is out of compliance, your tenants will sue because something wasn't done to code and someone was injured, the list goes on.I am considering never stopping at a red light.

Basically advertising to get customers to move there.For instance nowhere in America can they be discriminated against for housing, so all areas seem the same vs MOST Friendly.They can't be given special treatment in housing just because they are, nor can they be denied housing just because they are..an Equal situation vs a Most Friendly.Do you (or anyone else) know the answer to this, or did you just pick see it in the media like I did (???)

This doesn't mean you have to accept someone who has Sec 8 but you can't deny them simply because they are on Sec 8.
