I just had a baby last year and she had a hole in her heart and just got open heart surgery but she is starting to do better however I am not wanting to leave her 50 hours a week and go back to that business I have always been interested in Real Estate I just need someone to help me and coach me on how to get started!

That brings more negative pressure on neighborhoods and the market in general but, more importantly, it cuts the heart out of the urban/suburban blight recovery (i.e. puts me out of business).Initially, I considered these investment companies as typical wholesalers (which are good for rehabbers because they bring them deals) but unlike "typical" wholesalers they want to make $10k to $15k on each house instead of $2k to $5k a "street-level" wholesaler would expect to make.

I'd say much easier said then done, especially for a newbie, with little or no money, the rehabber should probably be family that you could kill if they messed up or walked off ( :) )Brian, I can do it, I'm sure you can, but that is not for the beginner or the faint of heart.
