Well, since you (and I) live in the business friendly bleeding heart state it doesn't matter where you set it up.

As someone already said, Adverse Possession is not for the beginner, or at least not for the faint of heart.

You are a much softer hearted person than I am.  

I just had a baby last year and she had a hole in her heart and just got open heart surgery but she is starting to do better however I am not wanting to leave her 50 hours a week and go back to that business I have always been interested in Real Estate I just need someone to help me and coach me on how to get started!

That brings more negative pressure on neighborhoods and the market in general but, more importantly, it cuts the heart out of the urban/suburban blight recovery (i.e. puts me out of business).Initially, I considered these investment companies as typical wholesalers (which are good for rehabbers because they bring them deals) but unlike "typical" wholesalers they want to make $10k to $15k on each house instead of $2k to $5k a "street-level" wholesaler would expect to make.
