I already sent the video (You see screenshots of a video) to my plumbers and handyman but just wanted to be Pro-Active and put it in the forums for any thoughts of what this could be so I can kind of get an idea of what this could be and the fix.If possible, could you please list your opinions on what could have cause this also?

Normally they're set up to take a lot of your money and sell you some kind of monthly software subscription.Search google for a white paper on tax lien/deed investing in your state.

I've gleaned these lenders from the kind people on BP.

I think it's worth maybe saying that the overarching goal for me was to STR/LTR and refi and eventually move down there after my kids are done with school so it was okay to me to have it not be a homerun as a business because I was kind of looking at it as a second home that made some money. 

Investor sends me "wholesale" property, when they ignored the same address I sent to them direct without all the mark ups a week before and a "wholesaler" remarketed to them as a "wholesale" deal.  1/2 the time not even under contract, so the chances of that deal blowing up are good.After today, your agents will be required to have some kind of agreement with you before they show you homes. 

We have almost $3,000 into attorney fees so far and Cuyahoga County has blocked the emergency hearing so that we can all get on a call and kindly ask the fraudulent lien filer, Garrett Neal of San Diego (dba Neal Aviation), to please remove the mortgage lien.

People have all kinds of proposed work arounds, but that's good until it is time to sell or the government decides to crack down and they do now and then.
