I know that there is so much great information here on BP and I don’t want to miss anything that could prove to be extremely helpful in assembling the best possible team.

I have also assembled, what I hope to be, a strong group of support including a partner who majored in marketing and another who has contracting and heating/air conditioning experience. 

A nice, modern queen bed costs less than $200 and can be assembled in less than 30 minutes.

I am new to real estate investing, and welcome any and all pointers regarding financing,  assembling a team for property management and demo/repairs, and zip codes that provide a fair ROI.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there's a huge market for $300-a-foot homes in the 1,200sf range.There's plenty of ways to build those houses with added energy efficiency, flood-damage resistance (i.e. assemblies that dry to the exterior), and appealing styling without having to use ICF's, metal studs and SIP's.

RTA stands for "ready to assemble".

I'd personally network in 2-3 desired markets and see if you can assemble boots on the grounds partners that can bring you continued success and take it from there.
