Start a business at 25 you are out of $100K very quickly, try a new major you lose $8K.College removes a barrier to entry, not having it keeps it up.Everyone talks about how much skills tradesman make as a talking point but no one talks about how quickly their body breaks down from physical labor, and many of these tradesman don't make that much money. 

I keep thinking of that Seinfeld episode with the body odor from the valet ....

The issue is who are the parties to the lease -  Landlord and tenant in the body of the lease. 

If you really wanted to be insulting you could report her to the states real state governing body.

Under C.R.S. 18-8-306 - Any person who attempts to influence any public servant by means of deceit or by threat of violence or economic reprisal against any person or property, with the intent thereby to alter or affect the public servant's decision, vote, opinion, or action concerning any matter which is to be considered or performed by him or the agency or body of which he is a member, commits a class 4 felony.I agree, “a legal investment is a better long -term investment!”

Because that's reasonable, sure.When you bring this mess in and tell your little sob story to whatever mediating body handles evictions in Florida, s/he's going to laugh at you.

Im tryin to help the guy out however his price that he has is high judging by his body language and his words im sure he knows he wont be able to get that price for it.

Do not lose your temper with a tenant, if you react to their nonsense it will show vulnerability.
