And when signing a lease, I stress that...but in case of emergency (water leak/fire) we may have to enter...but won't do so without calling the tenant at cell and work and leaving a message explaining situation and need to enter.I don't know that pipes freezing is that immediate that it requires the owner to break in. 

I use a Galaxy S5 mini cell phone that supports 2 sim cards (2 phone numbers).  

I can view any of my six cameras on my cell phone at the touch of a button.  

Apparently I can't find my own forum postings using my cell phone (or I just haven't figured it out).
