If you're not considering at least 2 - 5 each week, you need to either ramp up your own marketing (not recommended, BTW), or engage a deep bench of active wholesalers who can serve you deals on the regular.

If I'm buying something here that I can't cashflow right off the bat, I'm going to be hard pressed to make up ground in the other three areas above to justify making an investment.
