Are you looking to do more buy and hold or flips at the moment?

Sometimes, there are moments I feel I am still a bit naive, perhaps I should be more aggressive with my sales and rents to maximize a return, but part of me still hold onto the fact that the product we create is what others would call "home".

Beautiful up there and I'll be going back a lot as it gets cooler.

@Matt Geerts I don't have any strategies at the moment since I'm still very new and wouldn't be able to come up with one :).  

At this moment I am looking into turn key real estate company to get started and to learn process as it goes.

My biggest obstacle at the moment is coming up with the initial down payment of $125,00.00 for the bank .

It's a pity some of these beautiful houses are vacant or boarded up.
