I've seen a lot of investors find good properties, but then they struggle to find a quality manager and the deal turns sour.

The research will investigate potential soil contamination, ground and surface water quality, along with the presence of hazardous substances on the site, and will include researching files from various municipal and state departments including the planning and zoning department, health department, fire department, and the Department of Environmental and Energy Protection (DEEP).

But am wondering if there is already a quality reservoir of information out there that folks are familiar with.

What better way to learn and grow than by providing my clients with consistent high quality results that they can depend on to develop working relationships?

I have always been passionate about creating quality homes that enhance communities and provide families with exceptional living spaces.

However, I've also had success with quality used appliances from trusted sources.

As many have noted in recent threads, quality of assets ends up being a larger driver to manage less doors (either self or through PM) while still achieving the same yield.

Actually, a better route is to find a market with a quality property manager first, then use them to help you find an investment they are willing/able to manage for you.
