What has been your strategy of success so far? 

I’ve seen many investors miss oppportunities when combining primary residence use with investment strategies, but you seem to have timed this perfectly.

I also reccomend lining up a contractro early, realy early, from what I’ve heard, so you can keep everything on schedule and budget.So now that you’ve tackled what most investors would call a major job, do you see yourself repeating a similar strategy.. or do you feel like branching out into something else?

Look into local rental demand—perhaps that area can support a short-term or mid-term rental strategy instead of a standard yearly lease, which might boost your income.

the only way i'd encourage you to invest in one of them though is if you're actually going to put time and effort into visiting and building a team and employing some kind of strategy.
