I understand that training the tenants on new systems will be beneficial to long-term compliance, but do any managers of lower-income properties have input (good or bad) on dealing with some of the technological and banking issues that are somewhat unique to this particular demographic when it comes to property management software and automating the business more efficiently?

I’m a recent graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with my B.S in Mechanical Engineering and I plan on continuing my education as a full-time graduate student pursuing a M.S. in Power and Energy Systems.

With our world moving more and more towards technology, I think people would appreciate more interaction with an actual person.

I have a lot of tenants that do not have very well developed technology IQ.
