Once you do this light remodeling work then your unit will stand out from the others when you rent (because most of the other rentals will still be outdated).  

After some light research, we have determined that zoning and/or HOA's may pose a problem.

Otherwise they are running the risk of getting fined by the city and/or people taking it lightly and starting to keep junk or non-working items on their premises and eventually turning the park into a car junk yard.With that said, i don't think any reasonable manager  would refuse a request to postpone this by a couple of weeks (if that's what we are talking about).

Ashley -   Our partners (Husband & Wife team also) bought and manage an STR in Rehoboth Beach DE, 3 hours away from us (With light traffic and making all the lights!)
