I've been reading/watching/listening to BP for a few months now, but have zero experience in the REI world. 

after many years of investing in real estate (20) my proudest "moment" is when one of my kids started watching what I was doing so she could then implement it.

I have also been watching the Victoria market and it seemed that prices were slightly higher and on the rise a little faster then the Okangan. 

This also allows you to carefully watch the market and sell before it corrects.P.S.
