Same issue I’m having.The check came up on my mail delivery app 3 weeks ago.The check hasn’t made it to me yet,so I take it it’s gotten lost.I called and get the same response from operators…We’re you able to get another check reissued?

Another challenge was finding furniture and ordering stuff online and trying to time the delivery for when we would be up there.

So definitely call the HD appliance delivery number after the delivery occurs and try to get some money back as it worked for me. 

I don’t care about this property or presenting it as first class, go ahead and treat it like crud. 3) new appliances often include free/cheap delivery/installation/removal of the old one, things most used appliance shops charge for. 4) usually you’re lucky to get 20-30% off a new one.

The amount of paperwork was a bit of a surprise, lot's materials to order, deliveries to count, bills to pay etc.

Maybe we’d handle basic things like paint, etc. if it made sense.So my concern Reg the supply chain is through the lens of - do the supply chain issues result in backlogs/missed (and unpredictable) timelines for GC job delivery for the Reno work needed?

The issue now with furniture stores is delivery delays for 3-6 months.  

But, for example, when I gutted a property I found that getting a bulk sheetrock delivery from a supplier was cheaper per board and they had the mechanical arm to bring the rock to the 2nd floor. 

Get their underwriting ASAP, make sure their comps are fact-based (e.g. not dependent on the appraisers mood), ensure their expenses are within the reasonable variance of recent transactions, and most importantly keep their delivery timeframes short.
