If a borrower submits an application shortly before transfer, the new servicer must send an acknowledgment notice within 10 business days of the transfer date.

Hey Team,Been asking to talk on the phone with my PM for over 10 business days now, and now one is getting back to me. 

I currently use it and like their payment collections but beware it usually takes 5 business days to receive the funds. 

Unless the new owner wants to rent to the tenant, the tenant must quickly leave the property or face abrupt eviction.Missouri law currently requires a new owner to give a tenant living in a foreclosed property at least 10 business days written notice to vacate the unit.
