The site asks for my budget but I don't know if this is a flat fee or an hourly fee?

So, if the seller is unable to do it from their proceeds or something, then I would budget for that amount out of pocket if it is still a good deal at those terms? 

I would have a GC give you a complete and detailed Scope Of Work for the reno budget....IE how's the electrical and plumbing?

Currently I have a spreadsheet that is very intense tracking all expenses by trade/vendor and it also shows my budget with another column for under/over budget too...let us know how it turns out...agreed so needed!!

The new development here are all the Latinos etc. who have Service Trucks and Trailers and they Rent a big house with five to ten friends to divide the cost of Rent in good neighborhoods.

But what if you have limited funds, even after budgeting, saving, etc, and will continue to have limited funds for the foreseeable future?
