I doubt it would ever fall, we rarely get much more than maybe a couple inches of snow and the most I've ever seen was @ 8" some 25 years ago.

I also have a new leak starting from hydrolic pressure when it rains 1+inches w/in 24 hrs. non-stop - water spurts out of the wall pretty high up, so will seal that one spot.
