The "cash-for-equity" program from QuickLoans appears to be a shared-equity or deferred repayment model, where you receive upfront cash in exchange for giving up a portion of your future equity.

Why don't you share your info and your background and how many deals you have done in the land game.

Stop with the guru sites, the videos, all that nonsense is pure crap designed to drive the lazy into highly risky investments or investment schemes that will surely see you make a little or lose a lot. 

Maybe if you’re PRO lease option on the buy side you can share your thoughts as well. 

The only downside I’ve had is some difficulties in dealing with a shared driveway.

Thank you  My recommendation is to sign up at paperstac, debexpert and some of the online sites that sell loans as well as join some fb groups on note investing as people push loans through there as well.

Keep that in mind:)Regarding partnering, have tried it several times and most times it ends with a split.So, if you go forward with partnership, recommend making sure you both agree in writing, on how a split would work.Otherwise, you an both share everything you leanr and help each other out monetarily as needed.

I'd like to not "find out the hard way" if one of these sites are not a good match for me.The ones I'm considering are Propstream, Property Radar, ListSource, and PropwireSomething to note, I am looking to return to doing some wholesale deals, using criteria such as absentee owner, out of state owner, tax delinquent, vacant, liens, and pre-foreclosure..
