I that area in this market .. its sold in 3 days full price no problem.. unless its a wreck.. which I suspect its not.. just guessing.this market is a hot west coast market..

Check around.this is a very common scheme with some.. take wrecked houses sell the blue sky.. let people into them and hope they rehab them for you.

I see regulators cracking down big time on STR  everywhere i look in the world, so i wouldn't base my investment on that business modelReal estate is not all rosy and riskless, many got wrecked not long ago so i wouldn't blame millenials for not jumping in especially with the current prices which absolutely do not make any sense.

Lots of easier ways to make money in real estate than being a lonnie dealer/ mobile home rental manager.Some mobile home investors who rent them out make a few hundred a month on their $3k to $10k investment but some find that after making $200/mo x 12 x 2 (guessed number of years till you get a jerk who totally wrecks your place)
