Does anyone know of any banks that will order a new appraisal right away vice making me wait till the 6 month point? 

Myself being an investor its certain expectations I have for people I have contributing to my effort and vice-vesa.

Main concerned is it could result in someone from the business audience causing damage to the residential unit on the property, followed by the vice versa.

Also what you think is a bad area might not be in terms of Indy and vice versa.

@Shea Spinelli I have not used AppFolio but, honestly, I've tried so many of these type of software that they are pretty much the same just some lack features that other has and vice versa. 

It may make more sense to go online versus the traditional route and vice versa.
