It seems no matter what you send they need more and newer so anytime you get a new statement just go ahead and send it in before they ask because they will.  

The occupant runs a garage from the property, and I'm concerned about the potential loss of his possessions and vehicles during the eviction.As I am required to be present on the eviction day, I am seeking advice from anyone who has faced similar circumstances.

What would you advice, should I go ahead and start out of state investing with section 8 why I continue to pay rent or patiently wait till I find a property in Houston to house hack (This will take some time away from my goal of investing in a certain number of units this year).Please share your opinion.Thanks

I myself see a big problem ahead of us , for years there has been a shortage of , lets call it affordable housing , and its gotten worse .

That’s typically way ahead of the curve. 

However, I've noticed that most of these rentals are completely vacant and show no bookings in the months ahead.
