Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

In the future, I believe there will be little need for Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Lenders.

Some investors and agents talk about off-plan opportunities as if they’re an easy route to massive returns, but the reality is that it’s far more complex.Buying off-plan can be incredibly rewarding, but it requires doing your homework, understanding market trends, and knowing which developers are truly reputable.

They also will recommend “lenders”, “banks” “closers” “agents” and title company who they 100% are getting cuts from AND EVEN OWN without disclosing that information.

Also, connecting with local agents or property managers who know the vacation rental market there can give you insights on occupancy trends and what types of properties are in demand.

PM's know a hell of a lot more than transactional agents do in vast majority.

Being able to parallel path different leads seems valuable; somebody does my calls while I'm connecting with wholesalers / other agents, etc.

I am based in Texas and I understand that there is a lot of affordable duplexes in Westmoreland County for a low as $90,000 on Zillow.If you are looking to House Hack like @Madison Stoner  I recommend you interview some local Investor Minded Real Estate Agent and hire the one you feel most comfortable with.

Definitely want an attorney on your side reviewing the purchase and sale agreement and just not rely on a buyers agent.

So we only do it for vacant properties and for tenant-occupied properties, an agent always accompanies the prospectives through the home.
