I got an update, made a post, then realized this was an old post. 

Just realize this will also lead to issues down the road when the four living there decide to move.

I have spent a lot of time searching through posts on these forums to get an understanding of different directions and investment decisions that interest me, however I realize times are dynamic and what investments worked 2 years ago may and most likely  would not work the same in todays world. 

I didn't realize until then that some things were in bad spots, that I needed this or that, etc. 

As you progress life you’ll realize you value quality of life more (ie more personal time and lower stress) than maximizing paper yields.

Since you are just graduating college you may already realize that it's not what you know, but who you know (as a personal note, I had college friends that were barely passing their classes however they ended up with really good paying jobs due to "who they knew").

(I've never had an issue with the tub, but they're old and not as steady) They also called for everything and would let me know the other thing they realized they needed/ could use etc. 

At times I do let others get in my head, but then I do my research and realize that I am doing everything right.
