The research sparks our interest in an area but it really comes down to the connections we have.

The giga factory in Sparks, NV  is already pushing up pricing and stock isn’t too abundant.

With the Tesla factory being built in Sparks NV, it seems like the area is due for some growth.

And the more stranger roomies, the more potential for domestic unrest.
