I was hesitant about joining the group because I've never had good luck with forums and web groups.  

I am concerned that he/she is either filing bogus small expenditures OR performing services himself/herself and making profit.

Also if you have leaks in one unit and not the other then the other tenants are paying for that.There are services that put a private meter on each unit so the tenants are billed on what each consumes  versus averaging out.

Traditional route could have more exposure to the market and could potentially sell for a higher price, however there's a premium service that needs to be paid to the agents.

I'm in Europe now and can't travel to Texas, is there a service that I can hire, someone unbiased who will go inspect the property for me?

Seems like Google doesn't partner with AirBnB like they do VRBO, booking.com, and others so that means my property won't show up as a vacation rental with the "check availability" booking link on google maps or google web search. 

I may need your services soon.

It's also always great to catch up with BP regulars I usually only get to see once a year at this conference.As for connections, we're trying to start a construction company and offer services to local managers to do preventative maintenance inspections in order to take advantage of our infrastructure and increase revenue while we aren't buying much. 

For example, Norman Construction Services and JDS Contracting have solid reputations in the area and are known for both residential and commercial work.
