 I didn't see a Dave Ramsey style "I'M JOB FREE" scream forum so I picked this one.I just concluded resignation from 18 years of salaried work in the environmental field, over a decade as a project manager. 

It was  THE lowest priced home in that subdivision, not a screaming deal but the numbers worked.

Doesn't make sense to me to invest in Norman for the time being, unless you get a screaming deal 

Depending on your availability and thoughts, you might consider a property that needs to be rehabbed to get screaming deal?

Justin, you are better man than me...I'm serious about the crying, at the very least I curse and scream and kick rocks, and rarely get stuff done in a few days.I am very familiar with the desire to be the deliverer of some righteous karma to those that have wronged me.
