Did you respond to the PM's email to approve a charge to repaint?

I work at a pizza place down the street making and delivering pizzas as well as mowing all my neighbors yards, and last week I took old wall paper off a womans kitchen and repainted it for her.

If you've done your numbers correctly, you will likely have most/all of the money needed to repaint in savings.  

I dunno about you, but if I could repaint an entire house, put brand new flooring, exterior paint, fixtures, kitchen gut and master bathroom gut for $15k, I would probably have my own guru program to sell haha.  

How often do you repaint your rentals and how much does it cost?

He had wrecked the apartment, all the flooring had to be replaced and the unit needed to be completely repainted, plus many other things.

The apartment is already 65% paid offYeah, you aren't making a "profit" in the traditional sense, but if you re-paint the scenario as "what would that $175 a month do if you put it in an retirement account" you are certainly coming out better on the balance sheet. 

I realize it's a per case basis, but how often do you guys have to re-paint the interior of your property?  

For example, if there's a fist-sized hole in a wall that I fix and repaint myself with leftover supplies that I didn't have to purchase, then what?  

Current owner is repainting and replacing carpet in one unit, which was in the worst shape.
