We are just partial to Palm Bay Area.It’s been about 4 weeks and waiting to receive addresses to choose from.The homes in Poinciana seemed to have more eye candy ,recessed lighted ceilings in the master and fixtures were of fancier style than Palm Bay Area homes2 different builders of course but Palm Bay is close to beaches the other cities are 45 minute to an hour drive.

In regards to millennials, I think there are two main issues 1) they can't come up with down payments because they have more debt and (in general) aren't very financially educated and thus save less, 2) they grew up during the Great Recession and have a stigma about housing as an unsafe investment so many will want to be renters for life.
