All you're doing is finishing space and you should be able to go through normal permitting processes to get that done.

Make sure it explicitly explains the process for termination if you are unhappy with their services, especially if they violate the terms of your agreement.3.

However, I need to convince my brothers that renting it out is a better option than letting it sit vacant, so I need information about the eviction process.

So I don't have of ton of advise but in my process, I found that they paid the same as market rate for rent.

Any guidance on neighborhoods, market trends, or the local real estate process would also be greatly appreciated!

Also, if they are graduating or not returning, you may want to expedite the process.

@Aubrey Adams-Thanks for the post / question -I would recommend developing a hypothetical plan  ( purchase price / loan amt needed ) and get pre approved ..this process is free and it will help get you organized and also to educate you  in many ways ..if you never end up buying - no worries and no costs have been wasted
