I have purchased a set of 4 properties in Salem NJ and need to refinance them all to pay off private money lenders.

Of course we all want the best of both worlds; that is a hidden gem on a secluded/private beach, but close enough to a town to find good eats, drinks, and shopping.

I'm going to guess they are also managing the place and are taking you for a ride-they either sold you something that wasn't turnkey or they are bilking you for repairs.I'd go and tour the properties yourself, hire your own inspector to go through and do an inspection and then get repairs done or sell if you don't want to deal with it and get rid of the PM (assuming they are connected with the turnkey company you bought from). 

Same thing here with discriminating against a private pay applicant because they're not government guaranteed income.

But what you're trying to do is get some online service to put in the kind of local legwork a private detective will charge you about $500 for.

I am thinking about  replacing the floor for the common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and private hallways for my rental in a nice neighborhood.
