I need help picking a market.

Separately - if anyone knows a digital interior designer would love to pick there brain for an hour and obviously willing to pay. 

What are the essential pieces of furniture and amenities I should include to make the unit attractive and functional for college students?

There is still good money to be made in AZ, FL, GA, TX and other states, however, picking the right submarkets is key.

I was able to locate the correct one through a local vendor, but it still took two hours to go pick it up.

He has even come to my personal house to pick up money and some things I ordered from Amazon to be installed in the property, and fronted some of his own money to keep things moving while I wait for the draw from my lender to clear.

If you are going to pick and hire an asset protection lawyer, do your homework and ask questions.
