As someone that has been in the space for 17yrs, it drives me nuts because many of these people are mid-late 20's and have only owned a rental for 1-2 yrs.The point being, assuming you are looking at "approachable" size 2-10 units, generally, that require typically $100k or less as the down payment, you are often competing with many unsophisticated buyers.
