I wouldn't want to be investing here (at todays prices) and be the one w/o a chair when the music stops.That said, I do own a home here and I'm putting about $300k into it. 

Then with their degree in music, they enter the workforce at $30kTheir college “experience “ handcuffs them for a lifetime 

Even if that something is creating art or music or story telling. 

Posting this to see if any experienced folks have any input, thanks for reading.I am a music composer primarily, and have my own composing business that has been my full time occupation.

Overall I really like having two phones because I can use one to call and one to look up info, or one to run gps and another to control a podcast or audible or music playlist on my car without interrupting my music when it announces the next turn.

We are in Niagara currently (Wellandport), but lived in the Bloor West Village for 15 years back in the music days. 

I run multiple businesses in the clothing industry and I am involved in the music industry, my endeavors and business only continue to elevate.  

I studied guitar performance and music business at Berklee.
