@Brad Swearingen from my experience, the permit pricing is not very significant to the overall rehab budget, but what is troublesome is the time it takes for the inspector to do their job and the picky nature of certain individuals. 

The mother of the 2nd floor tenant is a nice lady, I have met her once while I was there with the house inspector.

I've heard that there's some variation among the inspectors.

Find a good inspector.

The inspector said he couldn’t even tell me because it was so many problems.

Can anyone refer a good, honest, contractor, or inspector in the Atlanta, Ga area?
