I would probably donate them to Habitat for Humanity and get a tax writeoff.

I can't think of any business that employs humans that does not make mistakes.  

Buyers definitely out number the sellers by 3:1 (my opinion) so it's important humanize this aspect.  

In general, I'm interested in low-moderate risk RE investing and don't mind doing the grunt work (I enjoy Habitat for Humanity builds and hands-on projects).
