@Sarah Ali Just something I’ve been thinking about lately:I also live in the Bay Area and this is a place where I know people “retiring” in their 40’s after working 10/15 years at the big tech firms.

Hosting a website through Squarespace is relatively straight forward and cheap.

Home inspector, property manager (some states require various licensing), admin at a realtor office, contractor / trade apprentice, landscaper, home painter, lender, wholesaler, or co host / arbitrage STRWorking at a Lowe's or Home Depot would be good too.

Some want it paid to you, some want it paid to them, some to constable, some to sheriff, some to the law firm, some to the appraisal district.Payment normally due same day...so nearly impossible to get loans for these.

It is the number 1 complaint when our firm takes on a new client.
