How many for you take the approach that real estate investing is more like a Marathon Race and not a Sprint.

The goal is generate enough income to get out of the rat race and do this full time.

However my father taught us to always go to the right place and get it from the horses mouth.

I've not seen a smaller PM yet who was making any real money, unless they were running a shady over-billing operation on the maint side, and that horse can only be ridden for so long.

Isn't it putting the cart before the horse (did I say that right?)

Take it for what its worth because I am basically in the same part of the race you are but make 1/2 as much and have been out of school for 2 yrs.Why not combined the 2?

I don't have a candidate in this race, so regardless of what happens, I'll just hope that 1) We have a new president after tonight, because otherwise it is going to get REALLY ugly 2) Whoever wins the race surprises me and does some good.

For what ever reason you then proceeds to climb on you horse, trash what I said (with quotes) and left the impression that your way is superior.

They run their business, not mine.I've also partnered with them as well but that's a horse of a different color, take the risk and you can have the upside or down. :)
