For LTRs, prioritize markets with population growth and strong job markets.Wherever you choose, work with an investor-friendly agent who knows the local market and can help you analyze deals.

Today you can get 5% in a high-yield savings account, take it slow, and plot out your moves to do this thing right.

It's going to be incredibly difficult to cash out refi BRRRR in the Heights right now, the pricing is too high imo.
