Areas that have been good 30 or 50 years ago are still good today.One wildcard though.The city of MKE has initiated a projected called GrowMilwaukee, which is based on the majors vision to increase population (for fiscal reasons, more people per square mile) and they have identified the lack of midrise mixed use districts - they call it the "missing middle".

I received a quote from Foremost which is almost half the cost.

Anyone else have experience investing in New Plymouth Ohio (the said property is near Hocking Hills on route 328, 10 miles south of Logan, 13 miles from Hocking Hills)? 

There's a lower barrier of entry but I've had my share of struggles with being 2000 miles away which Nicholas and Jake referenced in my long previous post. 

For $80 you get the website, which is hostile to potential customers.Google PageSpeed test showed:Only half of the potential customers have the patience to wait the long 8 seconds for your website to fully load.The other half of potential customers leaves the site before the long loading time is over.

Cost me 4 months rent before he was out.Consider - if they are that low on money that they are half a month late AND $150 short....they are not likely to catch back up.
