All outlets, switches, and light fixtures will be replaced. 

Instead of using mulch which you have to refresh every year, I use decorative rock in my flower beds.

Bedrooms each have only 1 outlet, using extension cords, should add at least one outlet per BR. exhaust from furnace leaking into basement.

Hey guys this seems like a positive outlet for like minded people glad I found you.My major focus is on the Buy/Fix/Sell niche I've done 3 in the past but not buying a "True Deal" and buying almost at Market Value off MLS did not work in my favor.  

I've never tried to hold a client who wasn't happy with my services, but I'm worried that they're lazy enough to keep the contract and continue billing me $85 for 2 lightbulbs and 3 outlet replacements on every unit.
