I've done several things I thought were investing - I went to Seattle University and finished my degree in Finance, I have worked in the banking industry for the last 5 years on a wealth management team, I even studyed 2 months for my Life, Series 6/63/65 endorsements.

An assignment is an attachment, it's simply an assignment clause with an endorsement setting your rights in the contract to another.

I used an LLC for a business, not real estate, and my insurance broker got an endorsement that covered me with the LLC.

Some companies may have limits on the number of boarders or may require the policy to be endorsed to reflect that exposure.  

I am writing to endorse _________ (Client DOB: 11/28/2000) use of their emotional support animal in their home and in travel. _____ is receiving counseling services for Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depressed Mood at this time and their emotional support animal would be of great assistance in increasing their functioning.

In a rental I would make sure you're covered for water damage every way you can be, which sometimes requires an endorsement.

congrats on your venture I wish you the best of luck with it.. also its ringing endorsement with the uber competition and herd mentality that is following MF these days that you guys pulled this off.... your to be commended. 

You will need an agreement, an assignment of note and deed of trust and don't forget to have them endorse the original note over to you.

Have them send samples of all the forms and endorsements. 

So, the cautionary tale here is that those vague weasel clauses that are prevalent throughout lender-favored loan documents can come back to bite you in a big way, especially when in the hands of a note holder blazing a new path that nobody else agrees with but they have the weasel-clause-endorsed right to do so.I will need to look hard into refinancing.
