I would much prefer my first introduction to not leave everyone with the impression I am idiot (assuming my first three posts here have not already cemented as much).

My first question is: does anyone know if the smell would be able to seep through the cement?

I plan to use cement board siding whenever I can because it looks good, wears well, and  is less costly than stucco. 

In casual conversation with my dentist the other day I mentioned that I was looking for someone who needed to sell their house so that I could flip it.

Over the years it becomes brittle enough to break off, typically at the cement floor of the basement.Homes that used the pipe from wells do not have the problem as there is no chlorine.

It would be funny if it happened in a movie.Homes here are made of concrete - sand, cement, aggregate, etc.

But the real kicker is they took off all the toilets and poured cement down the sewer lines and the shower & bath drain lines.

Either pour a new cement deck ot some other creative ideas to replace the deck.So no one has had problems with their pool deck cracking ?

in some states its required that they be NMLS registered and state licensed. there are 12 states that require this on any loan for any purpose on a 1 to 4 unit. 5 and more no license required.Private money Is when your having your teeth cleaned and you mention to your dentist you have this great RE deal.. and he mentions he has 300k sitting in his Solo 401k or Sidra making 1% and would be happy to partner or lend to you..
