That being said, the Argentine government and economy is in full-blown collapse mode, so you might be able to find some amazing deals...

There just isn't much that could go wrong in that scenario unless you had some massive foundation shift that popped the waste line through the slab or it's hooked into a really old main that collapsed. 

For reference, Lehman Brothers was 44x leverage when they collapsed. 

If the deal collapses and I would lose everything, I'm out.
