For a substantial upfront fee (well, substantial to me) the investor will provide you with 100+ leads per month and personally coach you on how to follow up on those leads (what to say, how to say it, etc.).

I do have great interest in flips and rental properties, however wholesaling will give me the funds to make those other opportunities happen.I look forward to engaging with the members here and hopefully finding a mentor to coach me through it all.Thank you for reading!

My input would be do be hyped by all the expensive trainings out there although I did attend FlipAdvantage training (Tarak and Christina El Mousa) and learned a lot, but the coaches there looked at our situation and asked "why did you come to this training, seems like you have a plan and the funding to move forward?".

Assuming you earn more than the coach charges you, then he's probably worth it. 

If you are looking to become highly leveraged, have administrative and marketing support, get coaching and training and leads then the right team could make sense.

After few months, when I asked for a little cooperation, my coach told me I needed to pay a monthly fee to continue the program.

I took a class, hired a coach and then bought some notes with a JV partner.
