While selling the truck certainly is an option and could really short circuit every thing, I personally think if you can and want to pay cash for a vehicle then drive what you want.

I am not a pet person but if I was it would be a deal breaker for me to rent somewhere.

We do it self-managing and preventing disasters like frozen pipes, break-ins, crappy tenant placements and your calling 3 different Maytag Man to flip a breaker, turn up a fridge thermostat and hand-tighten a trap nut. 

I have been reading on how to pro Se circuit court  and it seems very complicated.  

It wouldn't be good for them to discover it on their own.Question: Where is the breaker box that controls the furnace/water heater?

Or is this a deal breaker?

We walk through the unit with our move-in checklist and showing the tenant how things work (thermostat, water shut offs, breakers, etc.

@Kathryn Schauer I don't know if any of these are deal breakers but I would want to understand what is going on with the moisture in the basement.

As this is my first deal, I wanted to get help from more seasoned investors on weather the damages found are a deal breaker or only cosmetic repairs that could be fixed over time.

@Adrien Salvador Row homes arent a deal breaker and they arent typically that difficult to rent.
