It is brilliant for short term to build net worth/ equity but the gamble of losing your *** can be taken out of the equation with proper reserves.

This realtor picked us up from the train station, had bottled water and snacks ready for us, showed us great listings, and peppered the history of each neighborhood throughout the conversations.He was a brilliant man and huge fan of classic prewar buildings.

I brought it up to a bunch of colleagues at lunch, and they all thought it was brilliant.

It's led by two brilliant women, Rinku and Arti,  and they have so much knowledge to share.

These are perfect properties to offer as corporate rentals and then flip in a few years or continue to hold while potentially building immense equity.The investors that buy into these areas now are the ones who, in a few years, will be the "brilliant" investors who knew to buy into these emerging areas before everyone else.

I think it's brilliant not only from the standpoint of entertaining a bunch of us here on BP, but it's also good marketing for you - and I'm guessing it also has the added benefit of exerting a bit of positive extra pressure and accountability on you.
